For the next couple weeks I'm going to write down everything that I eat. I will also weigh myself everyday that I lift. This should give me a pretty god idea of the things I need to eliminate from my diet, and the things I need to add (it should be pretty obvious). I also hope to put some pics up to show how my tan is coming along.
It's time for Sunday Night Football, and maybe a little homework. . .
